The 62-year-old, Highgate-managed Pagoda Hotel completed a $9.9 million renovation of its 199 guest rooms while keeping its Japanese-inspired aesthetic. The refresh restored the signature koi pond with more than 200 hand-selected fish and added new lanterns and a garden-to-pool walkway.
Highgate's Pagoda Hotel unveiled a propertywide refresh led by The Vanguard Theory with Albert C. Kobayashi, updating the lobby, pool and guestrooms with contemporary Hawaiian and Asian artwork. Future plans include Paris Baguette and Rainbow Drive-In taking over the hotel's iconic floating restaurant.
